Job Context.
ICB Islamic Bank Ltd is a Shariah based commercial bank in Bangladesh, is looking for dynamic individual who is capable to take over the responsibilities of the Head of Business of the Bank. The Particulars of the position are as follows.
Supervise the dedicated sales team for the development and implementation of successful strategies with a view towards establishing the Bank as a premier provider of banking products and services.
Responsible to support the overall development, implementation and delivery of the business strategy.
Take complete ownership of business activities of all retail & corporate products right from strategic planning to execution and delivery of results on all accounts such as volume and revenue generation, collections and overall profitability of sales operations.
Target oriented and have strong relationship with new and existing customers.
