Call Center

We have setup our own “Call Center” at Head Office under the direct supervision of the Managing Director. If you have any queries, suggestion or complain, you can talk to our Call Canter during business hour. You will also find complain/suggestion box at our every branches for your valuable input. Our Call Center is open from Sunday to Thursday to accept your call in working hours from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. except on Saturday from 10:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Dialing numbers are: 02-9887581-4 Ext- 115, 216, 237.
